Everything seems to be slowing down here………and slowing me down too it would seem. It is mid-autumn now of course and the wane toward winters slumber has well and truly begun, when our world resigns into an albeit forced stagnation, not entirely but for the most part, we are stopped in our tracks, and we need to be. Stopped by wet, soft ground that will bog machinery and machinery that will damage the structure of the soil that too is too cold to rouse life in the garden, frost that begets and ends already short days but not least of all, by a dislocated knee, an injury from high school sports, that I managed while in the garden a week or so ago and will usually right itself but this time, has not.
There is also a myriad of other unrelated hold ups on other works going on here, namely availability of materials and time, and funds too, oh to be able to be able to pay someone else to do it all but then, where would the story be in that?!
