Hi Brooke, firstly, thank you for your kind words and I’m so pleased you have found it inspiring and hopefully useful. The orchard guide is a part of our Garden Guides (currently Rose Guide Part 1 and 2) which will be followed by the Orchard Guide on the 10th of March and then the drought garden/pool garden later in the month and so on and so forth as we create all the garden areas, food and ornamental over the next 12-24 months. Garden Guides and the Garden at Moorfield Journal is part of our paid subscription: $5 per month or a one off payment of $50 for the year and then you can access all of that content ongoing and anything archived also. Hope that helps and thank you, love getting the time to do my little sketches. Xo

Always so inspiring. Sitting looking at my garden and wondering what next to tackle. Awaiting the olive and citrus grove info and also the heat tolerant garden to get some ideas for my place.

Thank you, Victoria ❤️ Yes, I am looking forward to getting the dry garden in this autumn and watching it flourish next spring and summer and sharing the info as we do it xo

Pip, once again you are so generous with the info you share . You inspire me to see my garden spaces, both planted and yet to be formed, with a different eye, so exciting. I have recently commenced a watercolour course to help me paint novice images of plants and birds in my landscape.

So excited to see the whole-property map you’re working on!! 🤩 I absolutely adore garden design drawings… the mingling of drafting and drawing. I don’t have much of an eye for it myself, but I’m learning slowly! x

Lovely to read. I’m really a gorgeous book I borrowed from my new local library ‘Gardens of my Life’ by Arabella Lennox- Boyd. I didn’t know she is Italian and grew up in a huge palazzo with her mother. Good read and divine pictures. I love the idea of the naturalistic garden that is more prevalent today. Love an English border. Congratulations Pip on all you are doing. Jane de Teliga 🌸🌳

Wonderful her home Gresgarth and of course the rather dour palazzo she grew up in. PS I’m not illiterate hah that word was reading! My other favourite at the moment is Inside Tangier Houses and Gardens by Nicolo Castellini Baldissera. X
